Federally funded state agency that advocates for positive systems change on behalf of people with developmental disabilities and their families.

A lead change agent in the state responsible for a vision of what the lives of people with developmental disabilities should be.

The Council also funds projects to educate and inform decision-makers, legislators, and the general public about developmental disabilities
